Glowers ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.

We believe your personal data belongs to you. We collect only what is necessary to provide our services and never sell your information to third parties.

Information We Collect

Account Information: When you sign in with Apple, we receive your Apple ID identifier and, if you choose to share it, your email address. We do not receive your Apple password.

Profile Information: Information you provide during onboarding, including your name, age range, gender, skin type, skin tone, and beauty preferences. This data is used to personalize your experience.

Photos: If you choose to take or upload a selfie, we store it securely to provide our AI-powered features such as beauty scoring and glow-up generation. Photos are stored on Cloudflare's secure infrastructure.

Usage Data: We collect anonymized usage data such as features accessed and session duration to improve our app. We do not track your activity across other apps or websites.

AI Image Processing

When you use our glow-up or try-on features, your selfie is sent to Google's Gemini AI service for image processing. The image is processed in real-time and is not stored by Google beyond the duration of the request. The generated result image is stored on your behalf so you can access it later.

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard practices:

Database: User profiles and scores are stored in Supabase with row-level security, ensuring you can only access your own data
Images: Photos are stored on Cloudflare Images with secure, authenticated access
Encryption: All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS encryption
Authentication: We use Sign in with Apple for secure, privacy-focused authentication

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

Apple Sign In: Authentication
Supabase: Database and backend services
Cloudflare: Image storage and content delivery
Google Gemini AI: AI image generation and beauty analysis
RevenueCat: Subscription management and billing

Each service has its own privacy policy and handles data in accordance with applicable regulations.
